Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup roasted cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
