Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers.

- Lead Generation: Identifying and generating leads by contacting prospective clients and convincing them to consider the company’s offerings.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service by resolving complaints, clarifying doubts, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Data Entry: Maintaining accurate customer records, updating information, and logging call details in the CRM system.

Job Types and Compensation
- Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month, depending on experience and performance.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday. Flexible shifts may be available based on company requirements.
