Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken pieces (legs or thighs preferred)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or peanut oil)

Steps:
