Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp ginger paste

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander or parsley (chopped, for garnish)
- Optional: Yogurt (2 tbsp for a creamier marinade)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, paprika, cumin powder, turmeric, and salt. Mix well to form a marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix until well-coated. For a creamier texture, add yogurt to the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
- Preheat a grill, oven, or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander or parsley and serve hot.
